SUMMARY:Virtual Sexual Health Workshops for Older Adults: Navigating Pain & Mobility Challenges
DESCRIPTION:Colorado Health Network is excited to offer a special opportunity for clients age 50 and older to participate in a series of virtual workshops on sexual health and aging. These sessions are facilitated by Riley David\, an occupational therapy student from Johnson & Wales University in Rhode Island. As part of her doctoral research\, Riley has been leading discussions on sexual health with CHN clients in Denver and Colorado Springs—sparking meaningful conversations and positive feedback. \nTo make these workshops accessible to more clients across the state\, we are now offering them over Zoom on the following dates: \n📅 Workshop Dates: March 10\, 12\, 18\, and 19🕑 Time: 2:00 PM (MT)💻 Location: Virtual (Zoom)👥 Who Can Attend? CHN clients age 50+ \nParticipants are encouraged to attend as many sessions as they can. Additionally\, an anonymous pre-workshop questionnaire is available at the link below for those interested. This questionnaire helps Riley assess the impact of these workshops and improve as a facilitator. No identifying information will be collected. \nThis is a great opportunity to engage in open and informative discussions about sexual health in a supportive setting.
