DESCRIPTION:The Telluride AIDS Benefit Annual Fashion Show is a show as unique as Telluride itself. It is not your average fashion show — the event has been called a “Broadway Pop-Up” and “Cirque du Soleil meets NY Fashion Week.” TAB has become the premiere event of the Telluride winter season. The fashion show is a chic\, lighthearted\, and fun event that fights for a very serious cause\, yet it has matured into a production that rivals those seen during Fashion Week in New York City. TAB’s current creative team is direct from Broadway\, bringing a level of professionalism that inspires the entire community. TAB Fashion Shows raise awareness around HIV which includes the history of the disease\, its effects in marginalized populations in Colorado\, the lack of quality education\, and related apathy and stigma that exist.
