The Cultivating Health and Social Equity Program at Colorado Health Network (CHASE@CHN) aims to advance equity at and within CHN’s community and culture by developing capacity building and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
Our mission is to strengthen the organization’s equitable practices and services to all communities, particularly marginalized groups who are disproportionately impacted by HIV in Colorado.
