Honorary and Tribute Wall

At the heart of Colorado Health Network is our Memorial and Tribute Wall – ensuring that the men, women, and children it celebrates remain a daily source of inspiration, motivation, and determination.

The Wall is a permanent display recognizing those individuals who have left special impressions on our lives.

Make a donation of $100 or more and a personalized nameplate will be created and added to the tribute. During the year, donors will be invited to gather as a community to recognize and celebrate these individuals.

With your donation, we will mail a personalized card and message to the person or family of the person in whose name the donation was made.

Memorial gifts are used to support programs and services at Colorado Health Network.
