Colorado Health Network is celebrating its 40-year Anniversary! We invite you to join us for a fantastic evening to honor four decades of work to equitably meet the evolving needs of people affected by HIV and other health conditions through prevention, care, and advocacy.
Join us on September 30 at 6:30 pm for a reception and dinner, silent auction, and live entertainment! VIP holders will enjoy a special social hour from 5:30 pm- 6:30 pm with passed cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and early access to bidding on silent auction items. Additionally, the evening continues with our gala reception, open bar, three-course plated dinner, and live entertainment.
The Venue: 14th floor at DaVita Headquarters, Building #2000 (not 2001)
Attire: Bring your most authentic, fabulous self. Many attendees will be in elegant semi-formal attire and we encourage you to wear what you feel best in!
Parking: We strongly encourage ride share apps (Uber/Lyft). However, there will be parking spots available in the Laz Parking Garage next to DaVita $8 per car.
Drink Tickets: Payment for drink tickets can be done in the lobby during check-in or at one of the 3 bar locations. We will accept cash, card, or Venmo.

Ongina from RuPauls Drag Race
Born in the Philippines and immigrated to the US in 1994 and resides in Los Angeles, CA with her husband and their 4 pets! She is featured in HIV: The Neglected Pandemic currently airing on vicetv.com and am FAR’s Epic Voices – Countdown to the Cure Campaign which aims to reenergize the response to HIV among Millennial and LGBTQ+ communities.
If she’s not slaying the stage with her cute bald self, sometimes wearing headpieces, she is playing video games on Twitch.TV/ onginaTV with her husband. You can find out more about Ongina on her social media – @ongina.

Mondo Guerra, from Project Runway
Mondo Guerra captured the fashion world’s imagination with his innovative style and bold prints. He won the debut season of Project Runway All Stars and became an audience favorite on Under The Gunn (Lifetime).
Mondo has presented original collections during New York Fashion Week and designed costumes for the world premiere of american (tele)visions (New York Theatre Workshop).
Mondo’s work frequently appears on RuPaul’s Drag Race and on stage for Lizzo: The Special Tour. Drag artist clients include Crystal Methyd, Heidi N Closet, and Blair St. Clair.
In 2010, Mondo inspired people worldwide when he revealed his HIV-positive status on Project Runway (Season 8, Bravo). He continues his work as an advocate and activist today.
