Festival for Life: AIDS Walk & Run
We are beyond thrilled for the return of Festival for Life: AIDS Walk & Run Colorado!
This event, scheduled for August 26, 2023, in Cheesman Park, will hold a brunch garden, volleyball tournament, a 5k run & walk, 30+ vendors, AIDS Quilt Panels, and more. With hundreds of supporters coming together to support this endeavor, this will surely be an incredible event.
This year’s festival will feature a Volleyball Tournament hosted by Colorado Gay Volleyball Association.

Starting a Fundraising Campaign!
Beginning a fundraising campaign can sometimes seem like an overwhelming experience. By starting with an easily-attainable goal and breaking it down into even simpler steps, you’ll find that fundraising is not only easy but is also a fun way of connecting with people you know and getting them involved in a cause you care about.
Here’s an easy way to raise $100 in one day:
- Kick things off with a $20 donation to your own campaign
- Ask two people you know to donate $20 each to your challenge
- Ask four people you know to donate $10 each to your challenge
And that’s $100!
As a special bonus, when you raise $100 or more, you receive the official commemorative AIDS Walk Colorado T-Shirt to wear with pride at the event and after, letting everyone you see know that you made a difference in the lives of people living with, impacted by, and at risk of HIV in our community.
